Artist Bio – H. Momo Zhou
H. Momo Zhou is a professional artist and art educator based in Burlingame, California. Born in Guangzhou, China, she grew up at the Academy of Art University campus where her parents were professors in painting and fashion. Momo studied fine art from a young age and later moved to the U.S. to continue her education. She holds both a B.F.A. and M.F.A. in Fine Art from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Momo specializes in contemporary realism and has received many national and international awards. Her artwork has been shown in galleries across the U.S., including Gallery Diamante in Carmel. In 2011, she opened her own art studio in Burlingame.
She teaches art to students of all ages, focusing on building strong foundations in drawing, painting, and portfolio development.
